Coated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.160.04): the original laboratory PDF supplied to UES Promura was added on 19 October 2026. The report is dated 21 September 2026 and covers tests on 10–11 September 2026. The UES distributor code edition retains issuer details and all 31 report pages, with a cover explaining the code update. Report dates and test results are unchanged.
Short-circuit report register
Use the complete report, including test-rig photographs, cable details, currents, duration and verdict. Reports describe the objects and arrangements tested; they are not blanket approvals of every mounting method.
How to read a cable-restraint test result
The test programmes in these eight reports describe trefoil cable formation with Class 5 cable and cite IEC 61914:2021. Their programme duration is 100 ms; the measured durations in the result tables differ. Read the recorded test values and the applicable clause for the exact configuration.
- Object and rig: match the printed product reference to its configuration, wrap, support and photographs. A similar product code does not establish equivalence.
- Current: summary tables list phase peak-current values. Appendix A records peak and RMS values separately. Keep the phase, units and current quantity with any quoted number.
- Spacing and duration: fixed-cleat centres, actual test duration and cable formation are part of the result. A programme target is not a measured result.
- Clause and verdict: keep the clause, oscillogram number and pass/fail observation together. Results under clause 9.5.2 and 9.5.3 must not be combined into a single unsupported rating.
These are summaries of existing reports, not additional product ratings. Use the complete report and the project engineer's requirements for final selection. The issuer's conclusion limits the results to the investigated test objects.
Report-specific results and limitations
The notes below identify differences that matter when choosing evidence. Refer to the complete source for all phases, specimens, observations and test-rig details.
Coated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.102.02)
The result table includes repeated tests and specimen replacements. Its 65.0 kA L1 peak row is Osc. 36 under clause 9.5.2; the clause 9.5.3 rows have different currents.

Coated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.102.03)
The result table records separate clause 9.5.2 and 9.5.3 tests. Use the configuration photographs as well as the code and spacing.

Coated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.102.04)
The listed result is a clause 9.5.2 test. Do not describe this report alone as evidence of a clause 9.5.3 result.

Coated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.102.05)
Several current levels are recorded. The 40.2 kA L1 peak belongs to Osc. 18 under clause 9.5.2; Osc. 19 under clause 9.5.3 records 40.4 kA L1 peak.

Coated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.102.06)
Separate clause 9.5.2 and 9.5.3 rows each record 35.7 kA L1 peak, with different phase values and durations.

The CFFC result tables distinguish rigs 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 and 17. The report prints D70109 for its bracket rig; BAND-FAST Cable Cleat Solutions Brochure uses D70309. Confirm the assembly and bracket identity before applying a result.

Uncoated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.160.05)
The 300 mm rig has a clause 9.5.2 result. The 600 mm rig has separate clause 9.5.2 and 9.5.3 results. Keep the rubber-channel arrangement and rig photographs with the result.

Uncoated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.160.07)
The 300 mm rubber-channel rig, 600 mm rig and bracket rig have separate result rows. In the bracket rig, 118 kA and 117 kA L1 peaks refer to different clause tests; neither should replace a direct-to-rung brochure value.

Configuration checks
The current BAND-FAST Cable Cleat Solutions Brochure distinguishes cross-wrap, direct-to-rung and bracket arrangements. Historic summaries may use different examples. Do not carry a rating across arrangements simply because a part family is the same.
Coated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.160.04) includes separate double/triple cross-wrap and bracket test rigs. Uncoated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.160.07) distinguishes the uncoated arrangement with a liner from the bracket arrangement. Bracket references and complete assembly details must be confirmed before supply.
BAND-FAST Cable Cleat Solutions Brochure, page 5 lists 115 kA for its uncoated 3/4-inch direct-to-rung arrangement. The 117 kA L1 peak in Uncoated Cable Cleat Short-Circuit Test Report (PDL-26.160.07) belongs to the separate D70309 bracket rig under clause 9.5.3. These source labels must stay with their results. Any unresolved manufacturer-summary or calculator combination still requires UES Promura configuration review; this source summary does not change the calculator's selection rules.
